How to prepare your folder
Keep it clear. Keep it mosque-only.

Create one Drive folder per mosqueDo not mix several mosques or unrelated personal media in the same folder.

Label the folder properlyUse country, city, mosque name, contributor name and date.

Add photos, video and optional notesOriginal-quality files are preferred. Include a text note if there is a story, event, programme or development we should understand.

Share the folder by linkUse a view/download permission that allows our editorial team to review the submitted media.

What we accept
Exterior and interior architecture, prayer spaces, facilities, accessibility features, programmes, classes, events, community work, renovations and development updates — provided they genuinely relate to the mosque.
What we may reject or delete
Unrelated personal media, inappropriate content, private documents or chats, misleading information, unlawful material, low-value duplicates, third-party material you are not authorised to submit, or anything we consider unsuitable for the platform.
